The internal summer party marked the beginning of the event and was exclusively for airport employees and was not open to the public. Registration should only be possible with an employee ID card.
The Music Days with countless concerts and live acts were open to everyone from near and far. Munichers and newcomers should be able to register with up to five other people.
At the Airport Days, the focus was primarily on young visitors. For this part of the event, part of the apron was made accessible to the public and various types of aircraft were exhibited. The security personnel had to have an overview of the people present on the apron at all times.
For each event, a separate iFrame integration was programmed on a subpage of Munich Airport. The accreditation could be carried out here in accordance with the respective event information.
The registration form was published via print, radio and web in order to generate the highest possible traffic. The individual guest entered his own contact data as well as the contact data of up to five accompanying persons in the system. Thus up to six QR code tickets were sent to the main contact by email.
AirLST was there live for the five days as technical support. It was checked in and checked out at different areas in order to have a detailed evaluation of the number of guests in each area at any time.
A total of 80,000 people had registered for the various parts of the event. We worked with 20 iPhones and the AirLST Pro App to scan the QR-Code tickets.
